The Village Castle Pines is one of Colorado's most exclusive gated communities — mountain living on the Front Range. We rebuilt the marketing site that shows it off, and built the custom resident portal where the whole community books amenities, governs itself, and handles day-to-day life.

The Village Castle Pines had two very different needs. The marketing site had to reflect one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the state — the golf, the outdoors, the recreation, the lifestyle of gated mountain living. And behind the gates, residents needed one place to actually run community life: booking amenities, reaching the board, tracking documents, and handling the everyday requests an HOA fields. No single off-the-shelf product covered both.

Residents log in to book tennis and pickleball courts, see every open time, and reserve their slot. Admins manage it all — handling long-term bookings and adding new courts as the community builds them.
