Adam Eberling

Adam began Generation Web in 2008 to provide outstanding web solutions to companies and organizations. With a background in Computer Information Systems, Adam loves to create websites that hit the mark for his clients. He first analyzes their needs, and then with his team, creates elegant web solutions.

When he isn’t working, Adam can be found playing strategy games, trail running, and supporting local Colorado breweries.

Nick Arnold

Innovative Solutions Director

Nick Arnold

Starting out in broadcast television, Nick has learned how to adapt and find solutions in ever changing environments. Nick joined the Generation Web team in 2018 and enjoys helping clients create and implement the tools they need to succeed.

When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with this family, exploring all that Colorado has to offer. And he finds great joy in coaching people in the Family Systems Theory.

Matthew Nielsen

QA and Development Support

Matthew Nielsen

Matthew began with Generation Web in February, 2015, and currently serves as project manager. Matthew oversees content management and implementation of projects, as well as quality assurance.

In his spare time he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, travel, and attempting to beat Adam at strategy games.

Joyce Vincent

Web Project Manager

Joyce Vincent

Joyce joined the Generation Web team in early 2023 as a web project manager. She has a background in creative fields and a keen eye for design. She enjoys being involved with improving user experience and effectively liaising between clients, designers, and development teams.

Outside of work, you may find her in a yoga class, tending to her hundred (or so) houseplants, or spending time with her husband, son, and two cats.

Sandy Huizingh

Sandy has more than 20 years of experience in communications and marketing, with a passion for helping people showcase what makes them great in the eyes of their target audiences. She always wants to know more and loves finding solutions that make things easier for everyone.

She loves picking up heavy things at CrossFit and traveling the country with her husband visiting different mountain bike and hiking trails.

SEO and Marketing

Hannah Testa

Hannah joined the Generation Web team in 2020 and enjoys using SEO to help clients get their sites and businesses out in front of their competition. With a background in film & television, she’s studied what catches the eye and the art of storytelling in branding.

Most weekends Hannah is busy as a wedding and lifestyle photographer. When not working she enjoying catching a new film, or spending quality time with her husband and two dogs planning their next road trip or overseas adventure.

Waqar Ahmed

Waqar Ahmed

Waqar began serving Generation Web in 2017 as a developer and team lead to deliver seamless, responsive websites and applications. He is an ambitious student of trending technologies and helps keep the team prepared in a quickly changing industry.

Waqar enjoys hiking, paragliding, and coaching others to advance their skills.

Sufian Nasir

Sufian graduated from Lancaster University UK and has been serving Generation web since 2017 as a senior web developer. Sufian is a seasoned problem solver who works well under pressure.

Sufian spends his vacation time pursuing adventure in the mountains. His skills with fixing various kinds of electronics make him the quintessential technology all-rounder.

Harvey Watson

Harvey Watson

Harvey has a passion for technology and coding. At only 16 years old, he has worked on many personal software projects such as APIs, Encryption Software, and Ease-of-Organization tools. His most ambitious project being the development of a Real Time Threat Evaluation System (RTTES).

In his free time, Harvey can be found biking, coding, or learning Japanese.

Iris Horowitz

With a passion for writing, marketing, and web design, Iris takes great joy (truly!) in writing about your business and finding the best ways to communicate its unique greatness. Her career started in journalism and nonprofit marketing, but these days, she's embracing her love of using communications and technology to help mission-driven businesses grow as a consultant through her company, Green Iris Media.

When she's not behind the screen, Iris enjoys toiling away in her garden, seeing live music, volunteering to make her community greener, and taking photos of her two little munchkins as they grow.

Rajiv Banga

Rajiv Banga

Rajiv has extensive experience in developing scalable, robust, secure web applications of any type and complexity. He is particularly skilled at tracking down the source of difficult issues and setting up advanced eCommerce systems. Rajiv joined the Generation Web team in 2013.

In his free time Rajiv can be found lovingly cultivating his garden or spending time with his family.

Alicia Disantis

Alicia is a hybrid creative, working in brand strategy, writing, and logo design. She finds it deeply rewarding to help organizations find their voice and purpose.

A traditional fine artist turned marketer, Alicia is inspired by retro design, Scandinavian minimalism, street art, and bold colors. Alicia is an avid traveler and has backpacked through many countries, stopping along the way to visit every museum she possibly can.
